Consideró que el reto de comparar la actual administración estatal con las anteriores que estuvieron a cargo del PRI forman parte del proceso electoral, sin embargo, sentenció que los resultados alcanzados en este gobierno son evidentes pero serán los ciudadanos quienes evaluarán los mismos y decidirán por quién van a votar en la próxima jornada electoral.
“Todos estamos en nuestro derecho de hacer comparaciones y precisamente eso es la política comparar quien te ha dado mejores resultados para poder hacer una elección y en ese sentido sí me parece que la diferencia entre los gobiernos panistas no sólo el del gobernador, Rafael Moreno Valle, sino el de Tony Gali como alcalde, el de Eduardo Rivera también como alcalde me parece que están muy por encima de lo que sus propios antecesores pudieron haber hecho pero corresponderá a los ciudadanos juzgar”.
Descartó que sea una estrategia electoral para ganar la simpatía de los electores rumbo a los comicios del próximo 5 de junio al asegurar que la exigencia de contrastar una administración estatal del PAN contra una del PRI es una respuesta lógica a las críticas que realizaron la nueva dirigencia de esta fuerza política y su candidata al gobierno de Puebla.
