Puebla, Pue.- UrbanBici no ha notificado al ayuntamiento de Puebla sobre los cambios de horarios y cicloestaciones por vandalismo y robo, aunque está obligada a hacerlo; pese a ello, no habrá sanción ya que el contrato otorga cierta flexibilidad, dio a conocer Alejandra Rubio Acle, secretaria de movilidad.
Hace seis días, la empresa informó, a través sus redes sociales, que la firma ha sido víctima de robos y daños a bicicletas y candados de anclaje en las terminales del Centro Escolar Niños Héroes de Chapultepec (229), Parque Ecológico (234), y en la calle 31 oriente y 18 sur (235). Incluso ya presentaron denuncias sobre los hechos.
La funcionaria manifestó que, aunque conoce el hecho, no le han notificado, pero espera que en breve se lleve a cabo una reunión o comunicación oficial.
“Estamos esperando su comunicación oficial para mover esta estación del parque ecológico. Hicieron la modificación, no lo han hecho saber, solo a los usuarios. Nos deben notificar. Hay un contrato pero el contrato permite ciertos movimientos, sí nos deben informar los cambios”.
Sobre la segunda etapa, dijo que trabajan con representantes, es más, la autoridad entregó una propuesta a CycloShare y sólo están en la espera de que ellos respondan.
“Ya dimos una propuesta y estamos esperando la respuesta. Es cómo se va a consolidar el territorio y cuántas estaciones podrían incorporar y cuántas bicis más”.
Vandalismo y robos
Ante los robos, la empresa determinó, como medida preventiva, el retiro de las bicis -en las cicloestaciones mencionadas- a partir de las 20:30 horas de lunes a viernes y desde la 13:00 horas los sábados y domingos además de días festivos.
